FOLDING
We continue to demonstrate our leadership in the folding department. With four state of the art folders our quality production exceeds 50,000 folded sheets per hour. With this capacity our schedules can be flexible, allowing responsiveness to changing needs. With numerous roll away attachments, knife folding attachments, scoring, perfing and slitting wheels there are few folding challenges we can not meet in this market. For instance our pharmaceutical folder does a beautiful job folding down to as small as 7/8 inch. GLUING
Our die-cutting service drives most of our gluing projects. Whether it be pocket folders, CD jackets or packaging our gluing service offers the quality and delivery confidence our customers deserve. Since glue adhesion is determined to a large degree by the porosity of the sheet please consult with us for the proper paper choice. Ask us about our strip glue feature whereby remoistenable gum (envelope glue) is applied to create various functional pockets for direct mail applications. Just glue it!
SHRINK WRAPPING
A variety of gauges and sizes of shrink wrap material are used to add security, durability and protection to finished projects. We also offer counting and shrink wrapping to provide accuracy and convenience to those in the distribution chain.LAMINATING
Our plastic laminating department offers gloss, matte and special surfaces, laminating one or two sides. Citizen has a 3,000 sheet per hour 24x36 auto feed laminator, to keep your cost low.
