Pressroom and Production

Pressroom:
Our 31,000 sq. foot facility features equipment designed to produce offset and digital printing. Our press room utilizes six presses that offer one to four color process printing up to 26” X 40” sheet size. Our talented staff of press operators offer a total of over 100 years of experience and knowledge. In house customer press checks are welcome.

Our digital department handles up to 13” X 19” sheet size – 4 color, cmyk and is operated by a staff of three experienced technicians.

All our equipment is sheet fed.
Our press room also offers finishing in matt or gloss varnish as well as aqueous coatings.

Folding:
Our extensive folding division offers not only standard signature and finish folding but specializes in miniature and pharmaceutical folding. With 5 state of the art folders, our quality production exceeds 50,000 folded sheets per hour.  With numerous roll away attachments, knife folding, gate folding, scoring, hydro scoring, perforating and slitting wheels, there are few folding challenges we cannot meet.

Die cutting:
Our die cutting department is equipped with the machinery needed for our skilled staff to manufacture custom dies as well as maintain and inventory a large selection of standard house dies.  Capacity: up to 30” X 40” sheet size.

Shipping:
Our shipping department is fully integrated with the major carriers UPS, FedEx, and DHL as well as numerous over road trucking firms.  We are proficient with national as well as international shipping.
